Breast Surgeon

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a board-certified General Surgeon with fellowship training in Breast Surgery to join their expanding team in East Orlando. This employed position offers a unique opportunity to help launch and shape a growing breast surgery program within a highly collaborative, physician-led organization. The role focuses on expanding access to comprehensive breast care in a rapidly expanding community, supported by robust infrastructure and administrative support.

Requirements

• Fellowship training in Breast Surgery (required)
• Board Certification in General Surgery (ABMS or AOA)
• Prior breast surgery experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Desire to thrive in a collaborative, collegial, and high-volume practice
• Experience preferred but not required
