- Patient base estimated at 800,000
- Accredited program through the Commission on Cancer, National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers, and the National Quality Measures for Breast Centers
- Multidisciplinary breast program features RN Nurse Navigators, Dedicated Breast Radiation Oncologists, Medical Oncologists, Surgical Oncologists, Breast Pathologists, Breast Radiologists, Tumor Registry, and Research Coordinators
- Participates in a general surgery residency program and medical school student rotations affiliated with The University of North Dakota Health Sciences Center
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care as a fellowship-trained breast surgeon
- Participate in teaching, research, and leadership opportunities in a robust, multidisciplinary breast program
Compensation
- Compensation floor of $487,846 for the first two years of the employment contract
- Estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs
- $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years
