Sansum Medical Group Santa Barbara is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible, fellowship-trained Breast Surgeon to join their expanding Breast Surgery Department. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary oncology program at the Ridley-Tree Cancer Center, a leading cancer care facility in the region. The successful candidate will become part of a dedicated team focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
Practice Info
- 100% breast surgery practice with no general surgery call or coverage required
- Collaborative, integrated care model with multidisciplinary specialists
- Participation in weekly breast tumor board conferences
- Work alongside an established breast surgeon and dedicated clinic APC/navigation teams
- Perform surgeries at the state-of-the-art Foothill Ambulatory Surgery Center
- Join a robust oncology team including Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeons, Breast Radiologists, and dedicated navigation, wellness, and patient support services
Compensation
- $450,000 - $525,000 /Yr.

Requirements
