Seeking a dynamic, fellowship qualified surgeon, for our busy Breast Surgery only, group practice located in metro Atlanta.
We are a physician owned practice- participating in comprehensive breast care- from high risk screening to minimally invasive biopsies, from surgery to brachytherapy, with long-term survivorship care. We provide robust multidisciplinary care with a collaborative community of oncology professionals.
Our practice provides both independence for professional fulfillment and mentorship support for areas of growth, with a pathway to ownership.

Requirements
- BE/BC Breast surgeon to join a well-established practice that has been in business for 40 years. The candidate should be competent in the latest breast surgical techniques, ability to learn breast biopsy procedures (performed in our office), perform breast ultrasound, a dedication to patient care with quality & compassion
- Provide patient care in office settings with several locations in the Atlanta metro area
- Perform surgical procedures: lumpectomy, mastectomy (to include skin sparing & nipple sparing), lymph node biopsy and axillary dissection, oncoplastic techniques, Excisional biopsy for benign tumors, Portacath placement for chemotherapy (if desired). Placement of devices for APBI (partial breast irradiation)
- Maintain electronic health records in office.
- Call coverage for practice with breast surgery call only (No general surgery)
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from accredited Medical school
- Board Certified/Board Eligible with Georgia Medical license & DEA license
- Fellowship training in Breast surgery
- Experience with breast ultrasound, ultrasound guided or stereotactic breast biopsy
