AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with a strong interest in breast reconstruction for the Central Florida Division. This role is primarily focused on non-microsurgical breast reconstruction, working in collaboration with breast surgery teams at AdventHealth Apopka and AdventHealth Winter Garden. The incoming surgeon will practice as the sole provider in a dedicated West Orange County location while collaborating with a broader network of plastic surgeons. This is an exciting opportunity to build a focused reconstructive practice backed by a strong referral base and a comprehensive health system.

Responsibilities
- Support the continued growth of breast surgery services with a focus on non-microsurgical breast reconstruction
- Serve as the sole provider in a dedicated plastic and reconstructive surgery practice
- Perform general plastic and reconstructive surgery
- Incorporate general cosmetic procedures into the practice based on interest and program needs

Qualifications
- Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Plastic Surgery
- Strong interest or experience in breast reconstruction
- Comfortable with non-microsurgical breast reconstruction
