Breast Reconstructive Surgeon

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with a strong focus on breast reconstruction to join their Central Florida Division. This role primarily involves non-microsurgical breast reconstruction, working closely with breast surgery teams at AdventHealth Apopka and AdventHealth Winter Garden. The incoming surgeon will establish a dedicated plastic and reconstructive surgery practice in West Orange County, supported by a network of six plastic surgeons and a strategic growth plan.

Practice Info

• Primarily focused on non-microsurgical breast reconstruction.
• Working closely with breast surgery teams at AdventHealth Apopka and AdventHealth Winter Garden.
• Serve as the sole provider in a dedicated plastic and reconstructive surgery practice located in West Orange County.

Responsibilities

• Build a focused breast reconstruction practice.
• Contribute to the continued development of a collaborative, physician-led plastic surgery program.
• Incorporate general plastic and reconstructive surgery.
• Incorporate general cosmetic procedures into the practice based on the surgeon's interest and program needs.

Requirements

• BE or BC by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (required)
• Strong interest or experience in breast reconstruction (ideal candidate)
• Comfortable with non-microsurgical breast reconstruction (ideal candidate)
• Interested in working collaboratively with breast surgeons and multidisciplinary teams (ideal candidate)
