Breast Radiologist

Radiology Partners, Indiana is seeking a fellowship-trained Breast Radiologist to join their private, physician-led practice in Northwest Indiana. This full-time, hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to provide direction in women's imaging, engage with referring physicians, and maintain quality outcomes within a state-of-the-art imaging environment. The position emphasizes interventional breast procedures and offers a partnership track after one year, with convenient access to the Chicago area.

• Utilizes state-of-the-art imaging services including MRI, CT, 3D Mammography, digital mammography, breast ultrasound, MRI-guided biopsies, Stereotactic biopsy, ultrasound core biopsy, needle localizations, Ductogram, general ultrasound, bone density and general x-ray
• Strong emphasis on women's imaging inclusive of interventional breast procedures
• Tenured and supportive admin team provides a concierge experience

Responsibilities

• Provide direction in women's imaging
• Engage with and support the needs of referring physicians
• Maintain and support quality outcomes
• Perform all modalities including MRI, CT, 3D Mammography, digital mammography, breast ultrasound, MRI-guided biopsies, Stereotactic biopsy, ultrasound core biopsy, needle localizations, Ductogram, general ultrasound, bone density and general x-ray

Compensation

• Starting base: $550,000
• Competitive Commencement Bonus
• Partnership Track: Consideration after 1 year (no buy-in with equity)

Shift & Schedule

• Day/1st Shift
• Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
• Monday - Friday
• Hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote
• No Call/No Weekends/No Holidays
• 100% Breast Role

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy
• Board-certified and residency trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology
• Board certified/eligible by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
• Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
• Fellowship in breast imaging preferred
• MQSA certification required
• Proficient in all aspects of Breast Imaging including breast procedures
• J-1 visa sponsorship available
