Breast Radiologist

Radiology Associates of Florida, a Radiology Partners practice, is seeking a full-time Breast Radiologist to join their growing practice in Tampa, FL. This position offers a heavy concentration in dedicated breast imaging, with opportunities to maintain general diagnostic skills if desired. The role is partnership-track eligible and involves working in a collaborative environment with local surgeons, pathologists, and oncologists.

Responsibilities

• Support the growing practice in Tampa, FL.
• Perform breast imaging with a heavy concentration (at least 90%, up to 100%).
• Support high-volume, outpatient practices across Tampa.
• Perform dedicated breast imaging, including ultrasound and stereotactic- and MRI-guided breast biopsies.
• Work in a collaborative environment with local surgeons, pathologists, and oncologists.
• Participate in general diagnostic shifts and emergency call, if desired.
• Teach radiology residents in partnership with the University of South Florida (optional).

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time (30+ hrs/week).
• Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
• Onsite position with remote shifts shared equally between all full-time associates and partners.

Requirements

• Candidates must be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy.
• Residency trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology.
• Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology.
• Completed one year of post-residency fellowship training in Breast Imaging preferred.
• MQSA Required.
• FL Medical license or the ability to obtain a FL license is required.
