Breast Radiologist

Greensboro Radiology is seeking dedicated Breast Imagers to join their established private practice in central North Carolina. This full-time position involves a heavy concentration in breast imaging, including various biopsy procedures, within a collaborative environment. The role offers a partnership track and a comprehensive benefits package.

Practice Info

• Established private practice group with 55+ radiologists
• Provides patient care to multiple health systems and imaging centers throughout central North Carolina
• Single PACS/voice recognition environment
• Collaborative environment with local surgeons, pathologists, and oncologists

Responsibilities

• Dedicated breast imaging
• Perform ultrasound, stereo, and MRI guided breast biopsies
• Perform 3-D Mammography
• Perform Diagnostic breast MRI and ultrasound
• Perform Ultrasound, MRI, and Stereo Guided Biopsies and Aspirations

Compensation

• The range for this position is $600,000-$850,000
• Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
• Day/1st Shift
• Monday through Friday breast imaging only
• Overnight call is not required

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Residency trained, ACGME Accredited Diagnostic Radiology Program
• ABR or AOBR Board-certified / board-eligible
• Completed a one-year post-residency fellowship training in Breast Imaging or extensive experience in Breast Imaging
• MQSA Certified
• Licensed or ability to obtain license in North Carolina
