Medical Imaging Associates (MIA) is seeking a full-time, fellowship-trained Breast Radiologist to join their physician-led practice in Pocatello, Idaho. This on-site position focuses on high-quality breast imaging within a collaborative, subspecialty-supported environment. The role offers a comprehensive breast imaging case mix, including screening and diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound, and image-guided breast procedures.

- Approximately 60-70% mammography for partnership track position
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive breast imaging, including screening and diagnostic mammography
- Conduct breast ultrasound and image-guided breast procedures (stereotactic, ultrasound, and MRI-guided)
- Manage a balanced mix of screening and diagnostic breast imaging
- Support regional community hospitals with screening and diagnostic breast imaging (optional)
Compensation
- Salary range for this position is $500,000-$700,000
- Competitive base salary plus productivity-based bonus (radiology-specific workload model similar to RVUs)

Requirements
- Fellowship training in Breast Imaging
- Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)
- MQSA Certification required
- Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in Idaho (additional state licensure supported as needed)
