Breast Oncology at AdventHealth Lake Nona

Position Overview

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a dynamic, energetic, team‑oriented fellowship‑trained hematology/oncology physician to join the Lake Nona, Florida practice. The position begins late summer 2026 and focuses on breast oncology.

Responsibilities

• Share a rotation of call with other physicians in the practice, including weekends.
• Provide inpatient coverage in collaboration with advanced practice providers and the other physicians.
• Access to research, clinical trials (including phase 1), tumor boards and multidisciplinary care (nurse navigators, chaplains, social workers, palliative medicine, surgery).
• Collaborate with leading experts and cutting‑edge treatments in hematology‑oncology.
• Teach residents and medical students.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Internal Medicine with subspecialty certification or eligibility in Hematology and Medical Oncology.
