Breast Imaging Radiologist

Northwell Health is seeking a Breast Imaging Radiologist for their state-of-the-art breast imaging centers in New York City. This role offers a flexible work schedule, with options for full-time or part-time, and can be 100% in-person or hybrid. The position focuses exclusively on subspecialized breast imaging, without general radiology call or coverage, and provides opportunities for rapid advancement and leadership within a supportive health system.

• Every exam is read/interpreted by a breast radiologist to ensure accuracy with state-of-the-art equipment to minimize radiation exposure while maximizing doctors’ ability to visualize organs, function and disease processes

Responsibilities

• Read/interpret every exam to ensure accuracy with state-of-the-art equipment
• Collaborate closely with Northwell’s breast specialists in surgery, medical oncology, radiation oncology, pathology, genetics and more
• Advance the field through research on a broad range of topics, from imaging technology to the basic science of breast cancer
