Breast Imaging Radiologist

Northwell Health is seeking a fellowship-trained or similarly experienced Breast Imaging Radiologist to join their Department of Radiology. This role offers an opportunity to work in state-of-the-art breast imaging centers across Nassau and Suffolk County, Long Island, with options for in-person or hybrid work. The position focuses exclusively on subspecialized breast imaging, eliminating general radiology call or coverage, and provides a highly competitive compensation and benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Read/interpret every exam to ensure accuracy with state-of-the-art equipment
• Collaborate closely with Northwell's breast specialists when an image indicates a need for more care
• Advance the field through research on a broad range of topics, from imaging technology to the basic science of breast cancer
