Sutter Medical Group is seeking a Breast Imaging Radiologist to join their subspecialty team in Sacramento. This role offers a high-efficiency workflow with advanced system integration and dedicated administrative support, utilizing cutting-edge AI-augmented technology for diagnostics. The position emphasizes clinical innovation and collaborative care within a multidisciplinary team.

Practice Info

• Subspecialty-structured radiology group with advanced practice technology
• High-efficiency workflow with all 3D Tomosynthesis and Ultrasound read natively on Visage PACS
• 100% 3D Tomo fleet supported by iCAD ProFound AI
• Utilizes Rad AI for Breast MRI to automate impressions and BI-RADS generation
• Access to Contrast-Enhanced Mammography (CEM) and Synthetic 2D imaging
• Participate in weekly multidisciplinary Tumor Boards

Responsibilities

• Read all 3D Tomosynthesis and Ultrasound natively on Visage PACS
• Utilize iCAD ProFound AI for 3D Tomo fleet
• Utilize Rad AI for Breast MRI to automate impressions and BI-RADS generation
• Practice with Contrast-Enhanced Mammography (CEM) and Synthetic 2D imaging
• Participate in weekly multidisciplinary Tumor Boards
• Perform all interventional breast procedures (US, Stereotactic/Tomo, and MRI-guided)

Compensation

• $700,000 Base compensation with opportunities to earn additional income through flex shifts
• $50k sign-on bonus (paid in 2 parts)
• Assistance with relocation expenses

Shift & Schedule

• 100% onsite during weekdays to support procedural volume and clinical collaboration
• Flexibility of remote reading for weekend shifts
• 4-day average work week
• Ability to work some shifts from home (Flex Shifts)

Requirements

• Completion of a Breast Imaging Fellowship
• Expertise in 3D Tomosynthesis, Breast MRI, CEM, and all interventional breast procedures (US, Stereotactic/Tomo, and MRI-guided)
• ABR board-certified or board-eligible
