Southern Alliance Radiology (SOAR) is seeking a Breast Imaging / Diagnostic Radiologist to join their physician-led practice in La Grange, GA. This unique hybrid opportunity offers a blend of breast imaging and diagnostic radiology, with onsite procedural breast coverage and remote flexibility for diagnostic reading. The role is designed to provide a sustainable and flexible long-term practice model, allowing for a strong breast imaging focus without the fatigue of high-volume 100% mammography models.

- Physician-led practice supporting hospitals across Georgia
- Hybrid opportunity offering a blend of breast imaging and diagnostic radiology
- Approximately 60% Breast Imaging / 40% Diagnostic Radiology
- Collaborative environment with fellowship-trained radiologists across Breast Imaging, Neuroradiology, MSK, Interventional Radiology, and Pediatrics

Responsibilities
- Provide onsite procedural breast coverage
- Perform patient-facing imaging days
- Conduct remote diagnostic reading outside of onsite procedural coverage
Compensation
- Competitive base salary: $500,000-$550,000
- $50K Commencement incentive

Shift & Schedule
- Day/1st Shift
- Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
- Monday-Friday daytime schedule (8a-5p EST)
- Estimated Q6 weekend call
Requirements
- Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology from an ACGME accredited U.S. training program
- Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
- Licensed or ability to obtain a license in the state of Georgia
- H-1B visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
- Breast/Mammo fellowship preferred but not required
- MQSA preferred for Breast Imaging
