Care New England seeks a Nurse Navigator to coordinate clinical care within the Breast Health Center and support the Program in Women's Oncology. You will lead patient education efforts and work with the Sr Division Manager on daily activities.
The role requires an RN licensed in Rhode Island, BSN with 3–5 years of nursing experience, CPR certification, and supervisory or leadership experience. Oncology Nursing Society certification and Nursing Navigation certification are preferred.
