To enhance customer engagement strategies, the full-time remote Braze Developer will design, develop, and optimize marketing campaigns utilizing Braze, along with front-end development using ExtJS, in a retail or e-commerce environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing campaigns, including strategic ideation, customer segmentation, execution, and optimization Design and deploy campaigns using Braze Canvas, Liquid scripting, and dynamic segmentation for targeted retail customer engagement Architect and maintain interactive web applications and marketing dashboards using the ExtJS framework to support e-commerce operations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or a related field 4+ years of experience configuring and deploying campaigns in Braze or similar platforms 2+ years of front-end development experience using ExtJS and JavaScript Proficiency in REST APIs, SQL, JSON data structures, and mobile/web SDK integrations Strong analytical troubleshooting skills and a deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing
