Brand Representative

Our client within the Creative Consulting / Technology space is seeking a high-energy, personable Brand Ambassador / Tradeshow Host to support a four-day event in downtown Chicago this November (26.5 total hours). This individual will be the face of the booth, engaging attendees, managing traffic flow, and encouraging participation in an interactive digital game experience.

Location: Downtown Chicago (onsite)

Pay Rate: $30-35/hr.

Schedule:

• Monday, Nov 16: 5:00–9:00 PM — 4 hours (training, preparation, and opening gala).
• Tuesday, Nov 17: 9:30 AM–6:00 PM — 8.5 hours (including 30 minutes of preparation).
• Wednesday, Nov 18: 9:30 AM–6:00 PM — 8.5 hours (including 30 minutes of preparation).
• Thursday, Nov 19: 9:30 AM–3:00 PM — 5.5 hours (including 30 minutes of preparation).

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome attendees to the booth
• Encourage participation in an interactive game demo
• Explain game mechanics and rules after receiving onsite training
• Create an engaging, energetic booth experience
• Manage lines, turn-taking, and attendee flow
• Answer basic questions and guide visitors through the experience

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in trade shows, brand ambassador work, event marketing, or experiential activations
• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with large groups
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Experience with technology, gaming, or interactive experiences preferred
• Chicago-based local candidate (no travel or lodging provided)
• Available for all four consecutive event days in mid-November
