Brand Marketing Strategy Lead

Ariat International is seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Marketing to lead strategic brand initiatives and drive cross-channel campaigns. You will partner with marketing, product, creative, and sales teams to shape seasonal brand strategies, develop go-to-market plans, and elevate consumer engagement across channels.

You’ll oversee asset development, ensure brand standards, and lead naming/copy for new collections while collaborating with brand media, social, PR, email, CRM, and eCommerce teams.
