About the Role

Hinge is looking for a Brand Marketing Lead to join our Global Brand Marketing team. In this role, you'll independently steer integrated brand campaigns across our global markets — owning the full arc from brief through launch and bringing as much strategic curiosity to the work as organizational rigor. You'll shape campaign briefs as a thought partner to Strategy and Creative, lead the relationships with external agency partners on your campaigns, and serve as a sounding board for the Sr. Director on where the brand shows up and why. You hold a point of view on what makes a campaign earn its place in culture, and you're accountable for making sure the work that launches lives up to it. You report to the Sr. Director, Global Brand Marketing. This is an individual contributor role.
