Travel may include outside of these locationsJob Type: Contract | Part-Time (20–30 hours/week)Position Overview:Copperstate is seeking a reliable, outgoing, and passionate Brand Ambassador to represent our Cannabis brands across multiple locations in Phoenix and Tucson. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on the go, enjoys engaging with people, and takes pride in maintaining a professional and organized presence in the field.

Experience in the cannabis industry is not directly necessary, but having a passion for the plant is ideal and will help you thrive in this role. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Copperstate — setting up and breaking down on-site activations, promoting our products or services, attending events, and ensuring a consistent and high-quality brand experience.Key Responsibilities:• Travel to multiple on-site locations throughout the assigned territory• Set up and break down displays, booths, or event materials at each site• Represent Copperstate Farms brands in a professional, engaging, and knowledgeable manner• Maintain a punctual schedule and manage time efficiently across daily routes• Communicate effectively with on-site contacts and internal teams• Lift and transport equipment or materials up to 50lbs as neededQualifications:• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills• Excellent time management and organizational abilitiesMust have reliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseComfortable with a mobile/on-the-road work environmentMust have open availability for at least 4 hours a weekAbility to lift up to 50lbs and work independentlyAn FA (Facility Agent) card is a plusAdditional Information:This is a contract position offering up to 20–30 hours per weekCompensation is $25/hourMust be 21 years or olderMust be comfortable with a physically active role, involving travel, lifting, and setup tasksIdeal candidates are based in or familiar with the listed territories and have basic knowledge of the cannabis industryCopperstate Farms is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
