Seasonal Part-Time PositionThis role is a seasonal part-time positionDuties and Responsibilities:Educate guests on OWA's brand, amenities, and promotionsHave friendly, positive, and informative interactions with guestsAnswer OWA brand-related questions for guests by providing excellent brand knowledge and leave every customer interaction on a positive notePromote OWA to increase sales, brand awareness, and build guest loyaltyWork in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment while communicating effectively with guestsTrack performance of inventory and collect guests' feedbackStay in communication with supervisor, answer texts and emails in a timely mannerTransport booth and materials to event locations; set up/break down booth at the beginning and end of shiftStore and secure company property when not in useAssist OWA social media team by capturing and sharing photos/videos of consumers interacting with the brandAdhere to brand standards on all marketing programsAbility to learn subject matter related to OWA and speak confidently/professionally in public settingsProvide guests' feedback on the brand; share new ideas with supervisorPerform all other duties as assignedQualifications:Must be 18 years of age or olderMust have a high school diplomaPrefer a candidate that is pursuing or has obtained a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related fieldMust be willing and able to work odd or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidaysMust be willing to travel to offsite events within a 300-mile radius of Foley, AlabamaMust be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume work environmentStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently without supervision, be self-directed, and demonstrate initiativeMust possess a valid state driver's license and clean driving record; requires employee to be added onto insurance for company vehiclesMust be able to lift items up to 25 lbsAble to work outdoors in sunny, hot, humid, cold, and rainy conditionsEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
