Brand Ambassador - Boston Metro Area

Citizen Cider Brand AmbassadorThe Citizen Cider Brand Ambassador role is responsible for representing Citizen Cider in various events and tastings in the Boston Metro area. The Brand Ambassador works closely with the state manager to support on and off premise tastings, samplings, and support for various types of events, including (but not limited to): golf tournaments, beer festivals, and/or various promotions. Aside from the above, the Brand Ambassador should add critical, value-added solutions to our team and help improve our relationships and ways of working with accounts.

The time investment and/or the quantity of hours/events worked is variable and flexible. The Brand Ambassador position requires a responsible, self-motivated, and friendly person (able to talk to anyone). The right candidate has a passion for the craft brewing/cidery world and is driven and enthusiastic.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesRepresent and promote Citizen Cider in the marketSupport tasting and samplings in the tradeSupport the on premise with on-site promotionsMerchandise Citizen Cider in the marketAssist programming at an account levelRepresenting Citizen Cider at festivals, trade shows and eventsPresent brand values and building relationships with key accounts as directed by Sales ManagerEnsuring brand presentation within accounts and maximizing exposure in line with brand guidelinesKnowledge in social mediaManaging and coordinating PR and social media via Citizen Cider Marketing TeamRequired Skills and AbilitiesMust be 21+Love for the state of Vermont and its delicious craft ciderExperience in marketing and sales a plusA self-starter and team player, always striving for the best solution and not the easiestFlexible schedule – Available to work nights and weekends.Willing to work outside of regular working hoursValid state driver's licenseReliable transportation requiredRequired Education and Experience1 year of customer service experience
