Branch VP: Player/Coach Sales Leader | Uncapped Commission

DuraServ is seeking a Branch Vice President in an on-site leadership role across multiple territories. This player/coach position blends field sales with building and leading a team, while continuing to close deals.

You will own 75% of the book in your territory and 25% in developing the sales and service team around you, with uncapped commission alongside base pay. A strong sales track record and hunter mentality are essential.
