Branch SupervisorFerguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Branch Supervisor in our Irving, TX location. This location sells HVAC & plumbing products.As a Branch Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a team to become the "Best Local Supply House" by aligning sales strategy with customer experience and fostering strong local relationships. You will ensure sales goals are met, drive customer satisfaction, develop associates, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment, and will cultivate a positive culture through effective leadership.Position Details:Reports to Aaron GonzalezDirect oversight of 2 associatesSchedule: Monday-Friday working 40 hours between the hours of 7am and 5pm plus overtime as neededResponsibilities:P&L management, sales growth, customer service, and associate developmentBuild customer relationships and own existing company-assigned customer accountsCarry out local sales plans with attention to real customer needsCoordinate pricing, inventory control, and logistics to support day-to-day business operationsLead all sales, operations, and logistics associates, promoting a customer-first approach, driving accountability, and cultivating a high-performing, values-driven culturePromote and maintain a safety-first culture by following and reinforcing all HSE policies and behaviorsQualifications:Experience in building engaged & motivated sales teams is preferred3-5 years of HVAC and/or plumbing product knowledge is preferredStrong understanding of budgets and financialsExperience in creating and sustaining a high-performance cultureAbility to identify team training needs and support associate developmentAbility to adapt to and engage with the local market culture and business environmentAt Ferguson, we care for each other.
