Branch Security Officer

Summary

Maintain a secure environment for clients and employees while serving as a brand ambassador to deliver a positive customer experience. Provide both security and back of house operations support, partnering with store management to protect assets and support sales and service goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact and represent the brand during customer interactions.


• Support store sales by deepening client relationships and driving loyalty.


• Perform security duties to deter theft and respond to incidents and emergencies.


• Follow and enforce security systems procedures including alarm tests and inspections.


• Carry out opening and closing procedures and other operational tasks.


• Assist with facilities repairs and communicate issues to the store team.


• Complete required reports and follow incident management program procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma.


• Basic computer skills.


• Authorization to work in the United States.


• Ability to work retail store hours including nights weekends and holidays.


• Experience in retail or security environments preferred.


• Minimum one year prior security related experience preferred.
