Branch Security Officer

Summary

The Branch Security Officer maintains a safe and secure environment for clients and employees while supporting store operations and the customer experience. This role serves as a visible ambassador on the sales floor and performs security, back-of-house controls, and operational tasks to protect assets and enable store performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible security presence to deter theft and protect customers, associates, and merchandise.
• Respond to incident reports and emergency situations, following established incident management procedures.
• Perform daily security inspections, alarm and equipment tests, key access controls, and related documentation.
• Support store operations including opening and closing procedures and basic facilities coordination.
• Engage with clients to support sales and service initiatives while maintaining security protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete security and operational reports.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a retail or security environment preferred; 1 year prior security-related experience preferred.
