Branch Security Officer

Summary

As a Branch Security Officer at Tiffany in Austin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of the store while supporting sales and service operations. You will work closely with the Senior Security Officer and Management to maintain a secure environment and deliver the Tiffany Experience to every customer.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional security and operations support to drive sales and service.
• Partner with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, and respond to emergency situations.
• Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through daily inspections and equipment tests.
• Carry out operations tasks including opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs.
• Act as a Tiffany ambassador and support the store in achieving sales plans.
• Deliver a positive Tiffany experience and deepen client relationships.
• Implement standard processes to optimize hospitality and store amenities.

Requirements

• High School Graduate.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• 1-year prior experience in a security related position preferred.
