Branch Operations SupervisorAt Liquid Environmental Solutions, we are building the most reliable environmental services network in the country. Our teams support restaurants, municipalities, and commercial businesses by safely managing non-hazardous liquid waste and protecting the environment.We are seeking a Branch Operations Supervisor to help lead daily transportation operations and support a team of professional CDL Service Technicians. This role works directly with the Branch Operations Manager to coordinate routes, support drivers, ensure compliance, and maintain exceptional customer service.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands transportation operations and CDL driver environments and is ready to step into a leadership role.

Candidates with a current CDL or prior CDL driving experience are strongly preferred.Key responsibilities include:Assist in managing daily driver routes and service schedulesSupport drivers in the field and help troubleshoot operational or equipment issuesEnsure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standardsPerform route observations and vehicle inspections to maintain service qualityWork closely with the Branch Operations Manager to manage branch performance and operational goalsHelp monitor branch performance including expenses, service delivery, and revenue goalsEnsure drivers present a professional image and represent the company well at customer sitesCommunicate with customers to address concerns and ensure excellent serviceCoordinate with fleet maintenance teams and vendors to keep equipment operating properlyMaintain operational supplies and equipment inventoryReview and manage operational paperwork including logs, work orders, and reportsAssist with driver training, coaching, and developmentProvide leadership support during emergencies or operational issuesThis role also requires being available for occasional on-call support during nights or weekends when operational needs arise.We are looking for someone who understands transportation operations and enjoys leading and supporting field teams. Strong candidates will have:Supervisory or management experienceExperience in transportation, logistics, or trucking operationsKnowledge of DOT and CDL regulationsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to stay organized while managing multiple operational prioritiesStrong communication skills with drivers, customers, and leadershipWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Highly Preferred:Current CDL (Class A or B)Previous CDL driving experienceExperience supervising CDL drivers or transportation teamsMechanical or equipment familiarityEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree preferred5+ years of management or supervisory experience preferredTransportation or logistics industry experience strongly preferredMechanical or equipment experience is a plusWork Environment:Combination of office and operational field environmentInteraction with drivers, equipment, and transportation operationsSome light lifting and bending may be requiredFast-paced environment requiring strong organizational skillsWhy Join Liquid Environmental Solutions?At Liquid Environmental Solutions, we believe great people build great companies.
