Fireside Hearth and Home (FHH) is looking to add a Branch Manager at our Wilmington NC location. This position will also be responsible for the Myrtle Beach branch.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Division Field Operations Supervisor (DFOS), customer service, and warehouse teams, including daily oversight, coaching, training, and performance management.


• Foster strong collaboration between branch, hub, and sales teams.


• Manage working capital by overseeing inventory, conducting quarterly audits, and resolving A/R issues.


• Drive branch financial performance through labor management, capacity planning, and control of G&A expenses.


• Coordinate installation and service schedules to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.


• Provide field support to DFOS and Service Technicians throughout the preview and post-view process.


• Manage branch cash handling, including issuing checks, deposits, reconciliation, and reporting.


• Handle retail walk-in sales of Hearth products, services, and accessories.

Required Qualifications

• Candidates should possess good verbal and written communication skills.


• Can build relationships with internal and external customers.


• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail


• Problem-solving capabilities and excellent customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations-related or construction related fieldor the equivalent combination of education and experience
