Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a high-performing community bank branch with a significant deposit portfolio and an affluent, international client base. This individual will have full responsibility for branch growth, relationship management, business development, staff leadership, operations, and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have established experience in the Brickell or Downtown Miami banking market , a proven record of generating significant DDA deposit and loan growth , and experience providing white-glove banking service to foreign-national and high-value clients .

This is a highly visible, production-oriented leadership role for an entrepreneurial banker who can grow the branch while maintaining exceptional service and operational performance.

• Lead the overall growth, operations, service, and performance of the branch.
• Drive approximately $6MM in annual DDA/checking deposit growth .
• Generate approximately $5MM–$6MM in annual loan production , including residential and business lending opportunities.
• Develop new banking relationships through networking, referrals, centers of influence, and direct business development.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with affluent, international, and foreign-national clients.
• Deliver a highly personalized, white-glove banking experience.
• Grow and retain the branch's significant checking/DDA portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to increase deposits, cash management relationships, fee income, loans, and overall share of wallet.
• Handle business banking loan opportunities of approximately $1MM and below and partner with the Commercial Banking team on larger opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships within the Brickell and greater Miami business community.
• Represent the Bank through local networking, community involvement, professional organizations, and business events.
• Establish and manage individual and branch production goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop the branch team to achieve service, operational, and production objectives.
• Directly oversee the Assistant Branch Manager, Senior Personal Bankers, and teller staff.
• Conduct employee performance reviews, training, coaching, and ongoing development.
• Oversee daily branch operations, approvals, overrides, account activity, and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with BSA/AML, KYC/CIP, Bank policies, audit standards, and applicable banking regulations.
• Monitor operational and fraud risk and maintain strong branch controls.
• Resolve complex customer issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism and client service.
• Collaborate with Commercial Banking, Treasury Management, and other departments to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.

Job Qualifications

• Prior Branch Manager experience within a bank required .
• Strong community or relationship banking background preferred.
• Proven ability to generate significant DDA/checking deposit growth required.
• Demonstrated loan production and business development experience.
• Strong knowledge of business banking, residential lending, deposit products, and cash/treasury management solutions.
• Experience serving foreign-national and international banking clients required.
• Experience delivering high-touch, white-glove service to affluent and sophisticated clients.
• Strong knowledge of the Brickell/Downtown Miami banking market highly preferred.
• Established network of local businesses, clients, referral sources, and centers of influence strongly preferred.
• Experience leading and developing branch banking employees.
• Strong understanding of branch operations, internal controls, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong sales leadership and ability to manage against measurable production goals.
