Primary responsibilities for this position includes:
Responsible for Parts and Service Sales financial targets – sales, margins, expenses, net income.
Responsible to continuously focusing on improving the performance, productivity and shop efficiency on parts and service of the CSC location.
Direct and manage all branch Parts and Service functions. Responsible for the daily management of all branch personnel, and ensure compliance with all company policies.
Develops and maintains a positive relationship with all existing and new customers and resolves any elevated customer issues.
Manage and coordinate various activities with Company locations including, but not limited to, warranty administration, accounting functions, parts sales functions, insurance and customer repair estimates and trailer sales administration.
Maintain departmental annual budget, as it relates to sales and expenses. Provide corrective action plans to management as necessary to achieve plan.
Responsible for new customer acquisition and growth of current customer base through offsite sales calls.
Responsible for materials management, including, but not limited to, investment dollars, customer fill rates and utilization of Kanban process.
Responsible for the general maintenance and appearance of the facility. Must maintain facility and make recommendations to management on updates that are needed.
Ensure CSC compliance with all environmental and safety and health policies for the facility and employees.
Recruit, train, supervise, motivate, and evaluate CSC personnel.
Performs additional duties as assigned by management or required by the position.
Qualifications
Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree preferred and/or a minimum of 3-5 years prior managerial experience in a related industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs; including Word, Excel, etc.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Must have a valid driver’s license and insurable driving record for occasional travel.
