Role Description
Branch Manager for Staffing and Recruiting agency. This role is based in Savannah, GA and is an onsite position.
The Branch Manager oversees daily branch operations, including
Supervising staff and coordinating recruitment activities
Develop new business and grow exsisting business
Responsibilities include managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and
Monitoring performance metrics to meet branch goals.
The Branch Manager is expected to foster a collaborative, results-oriented environment that supports growth and maintains strong client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 2 Years Leadership or Management
- Recruiting within the staffing industry
- Business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
