Job Description

We are looking for an experienced manager to lead our branch.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient workflow.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote branch services and attract new customers.
• Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce wastage.
• Conduct regular team meetings to foster communication, collaboration, and team morale.
• Train, mentor, and develop branch staff to enhance their skills and improve overall performance.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
