- Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Rotational Saturdays, 8:30am to 1:30pm

Position Requirements
- Demonstrated success in customer service, operations, and sales leadership
- Proven ability to lead goal setting, coach teams for performance, and drive business development
- Proficiency in digital tools and CRM platforms to manage service delivery, sales pipelines, and customer engagement
- Must possess a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Must register as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) through NMLS within 60 days of hire
