What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day branch operations and inspire a culture of service excellence.
• Coach, develop, and support branch employees to reach their full potential.
• Build strong relationships with customers, local businesses, and community partners.
• Drive branch growth by identifying customer needs and connecting them with the right banking solutions.
• Ensure compliance, operational accuracy, and adherence to bank policies and procedures.
• Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to achieve goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Banking or financial services experience.
• Prior leadership, supervisory, or operational support experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of teller operations, cash handling, and branch procedures.
• A passion for developing people and serving the community.
