Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
What You’ll Do
- Sales and Business Development : Develop and implement territory strategies to achieve sales targets, grow the branch’s new customer acquisition, and increase revenue. Lead, coach, and manage the outside sales team.
- Operational Oversight : Direct daily distribution center operations, customer service, inventory control, and administration.
- Personnel Management : Mentor, lead, and manage staff, including training, performance evaluations, and development. Monitor schedules and ensure proper workforce planning.
- Customer Relationship Management : Ensure a high level of customer‑focused satisfaction and build strong relationships within the Kitchen & Bath industry.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Leadership : Several years of management or supervisory experience; preferably in distribution of natural stone, building/construction materials, or related fields.
- Business Acumen : Solid understanding of sales data analysis, strategic sales and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication skills for customers, diverse staff, and upper management.
- Multi‑tasking ability to handle a wide range of distribution center activities, solutions‑based / big picture mentality, accountability, and effective resolution capabilities.
- Systems: Microsoft365, Salesforce, CRM/ERP, and the ability to adapt to application software.
