Branch ManagerOakland, IA Regular Employee | Salary ExemptWhat You'll Do:The Branch Manager position is responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing functions are performed in a timely, cost-effective manner consistent with established procedures and for overseeing all activities related to the manufacturing of company's various product lines. Essential duties and responsibilities include:Plan, organize, and direct production and indirect activities to meet or exceed established production goals in a cost-effective mannerForecast staffing needs to meet demands of the business and staff team accordinglyDesign, develop, and implement processes that increase yield and/or improve qualityPerform workflow analysis and develop methods for the production team to meet production schedulesDevelop, implement, and maintain processes, procedures, and programs to improve safety, productivity, and profitabilityImplement and maintain OSHA and company programs and standardsEnsure employees have the required safety training and are consistently working in a safe manner; develop and implement safety programs to reduce accidents and injuriesWork cooperatively to address organizational needs, equipment utilization and maintenanceLead, communicate, and coach to cultivate a motivated associate environment of trust, teamwork, accountability, self-confidence, and business ownershipEnsure operational supplies are always on hand and availablePrepare all required reports and correspondence regarding production operationsIdentify, document, and implement opportunities for continuous improvementCommunicate with cross-functional teams (engineering, customer service, purchasing, sales, etcetera) to resolve issuesWhat You Need To Be Successful:Qualifications and requirements include:High school diploma or GEDBachelor's degree in business or a related field or an equivalent amount of branch management experience in a similar manufacturing industry7+ years of manufacturing experience in a high-production environmentFive or more (5+) years of managerial experienceWhy Aebi Schmidt Group?Our people are our greatest asset, and your success is our success!
