Our client is a global freight forwarder that is looking for a Branch Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities. In addition to reporting all financial and operations information to company leadership.

Job Details

Responsibilities

• Full P+L responsibility.
• Oversee both international and domestic operations for the Branch.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and review for all staff
• Build and grow relationships with existing and new business
• Create Business plan for the Branch to achieve continuous growth

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years industry experience, specific to international and domestic operations.
• 3+ years experience managing employees
• Previous experience as Branch Manager for a Freight Forwarding/Logistics company
• Experience with CargoWise is highly preferred
