Role Description

The Branch Manager is a full-time management position based in Myrtle Beach, SC. This role oversees daily branch operations, including scheduling crews, coordinating landscaping projects, and ensuring services are delivered on time and to quality standards. The Branch Manager leads and supports team members, manages client relationships, and handles estimates, proposals, and follow-up communication. Responsibilities include monitoring budgets, tracking performance metrics, maintaining equipment and inventory, and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies. The Branch Manager collaborates with leadership to improve processes, grow the client base, and support long-term business success.

Qualifications

• 1-2 Years experience in operations or branch management, preferably in landscaping, construction, or related service industries.
• Skills in team leadership, staff scheduling, and performance management.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, handle estimates, and manage customer inquiries and concerns.
• Basic proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and use of office software for scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
• Understanding of landscaping services, outdoor maintenance practices, and safety standards for field crews.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in business, management, or landscaping are a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in varying weather conditions and to travel locally between client locations as needed.
