Branch Manager

Main Duties:

• Own day-to-day management and overall branch performance


• Advise customers on insurance products tailored to their needs


• Identify new opportunities, promote products, and cross-sell to drive growth


• Build client loyalty and actively develop new business


• Process quotes, policies, renewals, and assist with claims


• Maintain regulatory standards, quality control, and internal procedures


• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to sales forecasting and planning

What skills do you need?

• Holds a recognized insurance qualification


• Brings at least 5 years of insurance industry experience


• Demonstrates high accountability, initiative, and responsibility


• Takes a commercial, proactive approach to sales and growth


• Possesses strong customer/client service and relationship-building abilities


• Manages competing priorities with strong organizational skills


• Maintains fluent communication skills in both Maltese and English

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
