We are looking for a Branch Manager in our Maplewood location. The ideal candidate will be sales and team‑oriented, display strong attention to detail, be hands‑on daily, and maintain professionalism at all times. The Manager is a skilled multi‑tasker who demonstrates creative leadership methods to motivate employees.

Must have 3 years minimum in management roles and a proven history of increasing sales and the methods used.

Responsibilities

• Leading yourself and team in a way that supports Carhop’s vision and mission.
• Setting a clear vision and goals for the sales team to achieve targeted performance goals.
• Comfortable working hands‑on daily with customers alongside salespersons.
• Engaging and motivating the team to achieve key goals and performance expectations.
• Driving the business through a high level of involvement in day‑to‑day operations.
• Overseeing the sales process and monitoring performance and execution.
• Hiring, coaching and training all store staff – conduct weekly training and one‑on‑ones.
• Mentoring new staff on standard methodologies for improving performance.
• Managing all aspects of the branch which include sales, inventory and warranty.
• Analyzing the business and developing action plans to improve performance to ensure the branch achieves forecasted goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3—5 years of successful experience as supervisor or manager.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven record of building, coaching and motivating a team.
• Ability to stay calm, patient and professional at all times.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to work required Saturdays (closed Sundays).
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre‑employment background check with results that are consistent with Company hiring standards.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Great starting salary $80,000–$85,000, with additional earning potential through quarterly performance‑based bonuses.
• Great work‑life balance – two days off per week; branches are open less than 50 hours per week nationwide.
• Locations close at 6:00 pm Monday–Friday, 5:00 pm Saturdays, and are closed nationwide on Sundays.
