The Position: We are looking for a Branch Manager to join the team!

Education and Experience:

  • 3 years of management and customer service experience
  • Healthcare experience a plus

Overview:

  • The Branch Manager, under the direct supervision of the Field Operations Director, will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the assigned office(s) and warehouse location(s).

Below are additional key functions and skills for this opportunity:

  • Oversight and support of operations for designated office
  • Drive team performance through organization and planning
  • Ensure that office is operating at the highest possible standards by following all processes and procedures
  • Oversee the management of inventory levels
  • Lend support to local personnel for compliance of office operationsAssist with interviewing and training
  • Manage overall performance of all direct reports
