Building high-performing teams with strong moral and ethical character—and consistently doing what is right for our clients and employees—are essential qualities of a successful Gothic leader.What You'll DoLead the Palo Alto branch in achieving its overall objectives for quality, client retention, growth, and profitabilityEnsure the operations team has the people, equipment, resources, and detailed budgets necessary to perform successfullyPersonally inspect jobs to evaluate quality, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure operational plans are being effectively executedLead branch team-building, training, coaching, and employee development initiativesBuild strong relationships with clients through regular communication, meetings, industry events, and customer satisfaction initiativesEnsure customer concerns and reasonable requests are addressed quickly, professionally, and effectivelyCommunicate company goals and departmental objectives throughout the branch and ensure teams are aligned and working togetherDevelop strong bench strength within field and management teams to support current operations and future growthIdentify and develop internal talent, with promotion from within preferred whenever possiblePartner closely with the Business Developer to identify new opportunities and drive market growthDevelop and execute appropriate annual, monthly, and weekly business plans for branch operationsHold teams accountable for achieving operational, financial, customer service, and employee-development goalsAre You the Right Fit?We are looking for a leader who is passionate about people, customer service, operational excellence, and growing a successful business.Qualifications and experience include:Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university is highly preferredMinimum of 5 years of landscape industry experienceMinimum of 3 years of leadership or management experienceProven ability to lead, coach, develop, and motivate high-performing teamsStrong organizational and time-management skillsExtensive experience in client relationship management and problem resolutionDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and customer serviceStrong business acumen with an understanding of branch operations, budgets, profitability, and growthCompensation$120,000–$155,000 base salary per year.

Specific compensation may vary based on skills, and experience.
