As Branch Manager, you'll have the opportunity to lead a local team while directly influencing branch growth, client satisfaction, and profitability.Compensation & Benefits$50,000 annual base salary2% OI performance bonusPerformance-based bonus opportunitiesHealth, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance401(k) with company contributionAnnual President's Club incentive tripAnniversary awards programStaffing industry trainingTelemedicine through TeladocTuition reimbursementCareer advancement opportunitiesWhat You'll DoAs Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and daily operations of the Kansas City branch, including team leadership, recruiting operations, client service, sales growth, and financial performance.Key responsibilities include:Lead, coach, and support branch recruiters and other team membersManage daily branch operations, including recruiting, temporary employee placements, recordkeeping, and participation in on-call responsibilitiesEstablish branch goals and ensure performance expectations, operating procedures, and key metrics are metMonitor branch performance and prepare financial and operational reportsDeliver a high level of service to clients, employees, and job candidatesBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clientsConduct regular client communication and quarterly business reviewsIdentify opportunities to expand existing accounts and grow branch revenueMeet established sales and business development goalsHelp drive market growth, profitability, and overall branch performanceCoordinate with sales representatives to ensure a smooth transition and successful launch of new client accountsIdentify operational challenges and develop effective solutionsRequired QualificationsAt least 1 year of management or supervisory experienceExperience leading and developing a teamDemonstrated ability to manage goals, priorities, and performance expectationsStrong customer service and relationship-management skillsStrong problem-solving and objection-resolution skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to communicate professionally with employees, clients, and company leadershipProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft ExcelAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentRegular and reliable on-site attendancePreferred QualificationsPrevious experience in staffing, recruiting, workforce management, retail, wholesale, or another service-based businessExperience with business development, sales, or account managementExperience using customer relationship management (CRM) softwareExperience working with financial or branch performance reportsBilingual English/Spanish skillsWork Environment & ExpectationsThis is an on-site position in the Kansas City, MO areaOccasional travel may be requiredParticipation in branch on-call responsibilities may be requiredHours may occasionally exceed 40 hours per week based on business needsRegular use of computers and standard office equipment is requiredAbout Ascend StaffingAscend Staffing provides workforce solutions that help employers meet their staffing needs while connecting job seekers with meaningful employment opportunities.
