Job SummaryThe Branch Manager – Install is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of installation projects from initiation to completion. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and within the highest standards of quality and safety. The manager coordinates with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth operations and satisfactory delivery of services to clients.Essential Job FunctionsThe Branch Manager - Install is expected to perform all the essential duties timely and accurately, in accordance with all applicable company policies, procedures, processes and practices, and compliant with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The essential duties below are not intended to be all-inclusive, but rather indicative to the duties normally associated with the job.ResponsibilitiesDevelop strong relationships and communicate on a regular basis with key clientsInspect install projects to monitor performance and overall job qualityEnsure all project specs are executed correctlyFollow, promote, and enforce all labor laws, safety policies, practices, and procedures to ensure safe working conditions and behaviors are maintained. Assist with safety investigations and corrective actions related to safety hazards and/or incidents.Ensure proper use and care of all branch assetsDetermine training needs of the branch staff and schedule with appropriate personnelUtilize labor effectively to meet budgets while ensuring high quality on job sitesOversight and adherence/enforcement of Juniper’s new project start-up processes and policiesIdentify staffing needs and work with recruiter to fill openingsLead the efforts of quality control, productivity management, scheduling, and efficiencies for the branch operationsMonitor branch safety record and implement methods to improve safe workplace practicesPerform constant focus on safety and lead the safety culture of the branchImplement and enforce policies and procedures as issued by the companyOther relevant job duties as neededQualificationsBachelor’s degree in horticulture, construction, or business management preferredDemonstrated skills in project and time management, team motivation and leadership, decision making and computer software systems.3+ years of landscaping OR construction industry experience3+ years of managing landscape and/or irrigation projectsAbout UsJuniper is a full-service landscape design, build, and management company servicing the Southeast.
