Responsibilities
• Lead and grow Carroll’s business in the Indianapolis market.
• Manage daily operations, staff, and sales initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and the community.
• Drive the company’s goals and performance standards.

- Previous knowledge and experience in the building materials industry is a must.
- Extremely motivated with strong leadership skills.
