Branch Manager

Financial Additions is partnering with an established Texas banking client seeking a Branch Manager to lead branch operations, develop employees, grow customer relationships, and represent the bank within the local community.
The ideal candidate will combine strong operational leadership with a genuine relationship-building approach and an ability to identify opportunities to grow deposits and deepen customer relationships.

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure a high level of customer service.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch employees.
• Build and maintain relationships with consumer and business customers.
• Drive deposit growth and identify opportunities to expand banking relationships.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, operational controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor branch performance and establish goals for the team.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain a strong client experience.
• Develop relationships within the local business community and represent the bank at community events.
• Partner with commercial lending, treasury management, and other banking teams to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or community banking experience.
• Branch leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong business-development and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of branch operations, banking products, and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
