Summary
As Branch Manager at Lendmark Financial Services, you will administrate and efficiently operate a full-service branch office. Your responsibilities include operations, lending, product sales, customer service, and security and safety in alignment with company objectives. You will develop new business, provide superior customer relations, promote a sales culture through coaching and motivation, and achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals, and account retention.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate staff to meet profitability, loan volume, credit quality, delinquency, and expense objectives.
- Make loan decisions up to established lending limits, close consumer loans, and collect accounts in critical delinquency stages while ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Pursue business development relationships within the community.
- Sell products and services to meet sales goals.
- Manage hiring, staffing, training, performance reviews, and terminations as applicable.
- Establish lending authority for associates.
- Ensure high quality client service; assist clients with solution implementation and monitor overall satisfaction.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- 3–5 years of consumer finance experience or related industry experience.
- Personnel management and budgeting skills.
- Effective communication, organization, and sales skills.
- Proficient working knowledge of industry‑related loan software, Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word applications.
Preferred / Desired Qualifications
- Industry‑related experience.
- Bilingual, Spanish/English.
- Ability to relocate.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is competitive based on the duties and the specific knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience of the selected candidate. The position is eligible for quarterly incentive compensation based on individual and company performance guidelines.
Working Conditions
Normal office environment; requires occasional overnight travel.
