Branch Manager IThe Branch Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve growth in the retail branch, as well as overall growth in the organization, through the provision of exceptional experiences.To accomplish this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation, each essential function satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to help qualified individuals with disabilities perform the essential functions.Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of all Relationship Banker and Assistant Branch Manager I duties.Represent the organization through participation in community business events, civic organizations, volunteer opportunities and community impact efforts.Develop brand awareness through continued relationship building with customers and prospects, strategically scheduling outbound visits and consultative meetings. Track progress through the Market Plan Initiative.Utilize internal business partners to provide a well-rounded suite of products to customers, securing the organization as their primary bank.Develop action plans through monitoring the branch budget and forecasts based on the strategic plans, including but not limited to branch growth goals for deposit and loan production, customer growth and retention, product and services obtainment and customer service enhancements.Create, support and hold accountability to team member development plans, fostering a positive and results-focused atmosphere.Monitor and complete time sheets for employees. Maintain responsibility for approving time off requests and making sure the branch is adequately covered at all times.Maintain communication between the branch and other departments by preparing and leading monthly meetings, as well as sharing information with branch staff in a timely and direct manner.Complete all reports and checklists as assigned in a detailed and timely manner.Maintain control over audit procedures, ensuring compliance with federal laws and regulations.Evaluate branch staff's performance by preparing scheduled reviews and performing regularly scheduled one-on-one coaching sessions.

Proactively work with HR to ensure compliance and proper coaching is completed when necessary.Maintain branch supplies while evaluating and adhering to branch and company budgets.Exhibits interpersonal and communication skills, providing an environment of open and authentic communication.Adhere to all Legence Bank Standards, serving as an example to other team members, as well as to our customers.All other duties as assigned.Competencies:Employee RelationsCommunicationRelationship ManagementCritical EvaluationConsultationBusiness AcumenCultural AwarenessLeadership & NavigationEthical PracticeCan Work in Fast Paced EnvironmentSupervisory Responsibility:This position will supervise designated Retail personnel.Work Environment:This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.
